The Sail-a-thon is an international event celebrating the Summer Solstice with participants sailing in more than 10 regions across the U.S., Canada and Europe. The event will benefit Heart of Sailing’s Daysail program, enabling special needs children to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of sailing.
Sail or motor your boat to Allen's Creek on Lake Monroe between 11am and 2pm.
Tie up for a free lunch between 2pm and 4pm with Event Admiral John Shean and his wife Cheryl.

All Participants will report to the designated Fleet Admiral, who is the representative coordinating the event. Participants without a sailboat may participate in one of the following ways:
Register as a Crewmember. You will be matched with a registered boat in your region;
Register as a “Landlubber.” Although you won’t be sailing, you will still be able to establish fundraising goals and participate in the cookout and events;
Sponsor a crew or individual Sailor.
Participants are encouraged to register as “crews” and choose a crew name for the event.
